As a reminder to all Village residents and in accordance with Section 12.07.3 of our municipal code, no person shall deposit snow or ice that has been removed from their premises into village streets, sidewalks or other public ways. Doing so may result in a being assessed a penalty of up to $500. Each violation or each day of violation may be considered a seperate offense.
When removing snow or ice from driveways or other areas of your property, please be sure to deposit the removed material back onto your property.
