NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

On Application for Conditional Use Permit

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Village Board of the Village of Whiting on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Whiting Municipal Center, 3600 Water Street at which time the Village Board will hear and consider the application for a Conditional Use Permit for Samantha Pavlik to operate a retail business from her home with limited hours located at 2616 Locust Street, Stevens Point, Wisconsin 54481.

All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard.
