NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at 5:45 p.m. at the Village of Whiting Village Hall located at 3600 Water Street, Stevens Point, WI. The Village Board will hear and decide on the vacation of the following alley:
The portion of the alley that is proposed for discontinuance lies between LOTS 1 & 2 and LOTS 3 & 4 BLK 4 RICKER’S 2ND ADD; EXC HWY ROW; located in part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 9, Township 23 North, Range 8 East, Village of Whiting, Portage County, Wisconsin. The discontinued portion of the alley shall revert to the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard.
